Gargle with Vinegar:

Gargling with vinegar is the most recommended natural remedy for sore throat. Its acidic and antibacterial properties fight with the infection and prevent it from spreading more. To make a mixture try adding 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a half glass of warm water. You can also add half a tablespoon of salt in this concoction. Gargle with this mixture at least twice a day until you get relief. You can also gulp down the mixture a bit to get faster recovery. Using this mixture as a spray will also help ease the pain.

Drink Honey Tea

Owing to its antimicrobial properties, honey can be effectively used in healing sore throat. Many health specialists recommend honey tea as it flushes out bacteria and viruses causing inflammation and pain. It is also helpful in getting rid of mucus causing congestion. You can add a tablespoon of honey in warm water and drink it when needed.

Gargle with Baking Soda

You have been using baking soda for different purposes. You must not be knowing its extended health benefits. It can be used to treat skin issues, acid reflux, and sore throat as well. Gargling with baking soda is also considered a good oral hygiene routine. Its acidic property kills infection-causing microorganisms and soothes a throat ailment. Take a half tablespoon of baking soda in a half glass of warm water and gargle twice a day.
